Dady’O Fizz

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dady’O Mezcal
1 oz Aperol
2 oz Prosecco
Ice
Half orange slice

1. Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice.

2. Add Dady’O Mezcal.

3. Pour in the Aperol.

4. Slowly top with prosecco to preserve the bubbles.

5. Gently stir once.

6. Garnish with a half orange slice.

Serve well chilled, over ice, in a wide glass to highlight the citrus aromas and lively effervescence.

Fresh, citrus-forward, and lightly bitter, with a clean, sparkling finish.
