Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Dady’O Mezcal
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1 oz prickly pear syrup
3/4 oz cream of coconut
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Ice
Coconut flakes (for rimming)
Step-by-Step Preparation
1. Rim the glass with coconut flakes and set aside.
2. Fill a shaker generously with ice.
3. Add Dady’O Mezcal.
4. Add the Triple Sec.
5. Pour in the prickly pear syrup.
6. Add the cream of coconut.
7. Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lime.
8. Shake vigorously until well chilled and fully combined.
9. Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice.
10. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
